PLEASE CHECK YOUR ITEMS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE AFTER RECEIVING YOUR PARCEL AND RECORD AN UNBOXING VIDEO.

We only accept refund/exchange requests made within 24 hours of delivery.

1. 100% REFUND / FREE EXCHANGE
If you have an unboxing video showing the item was already damaged or defective upon arrival.

2. 50% REFUND
If you do not have an unboxing video, but the item is confirmed to have a factory or shipment defect.

AFTER 24 HOURS
Requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted unless you can provide sufficient proof that the issue is a factory defect.
